Meet Laura Wall

I am here to guide people home to themselves through meaningful experiences that transform body, mind, heart, and soul.

I am so glad you are here.

Why Hearts of Healing Center

Hearts of Healing Center wasn't created because I had all the answers.

It was created because I've experienced the healing that can happen when we're given safe space to breathe, feel, reconnect, and simply be human.

Along my own journey, I discovered that lasting transformation isn't about fixing ourselves. It's about looking inward and remembering who we were before fear, stress, and life's challenges pulled us away from ourselves.

That's why I created Hearts of Healing Center—to offer compassionate spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and rediscover the strength, peace, and wisdom that have always been within them.

What I believe

Every act of healing begins within us, but it never ends there.

Just like a single touch creates ripples across still water, the work we do on ourselves extends far beyond us—touching our families, our friendships, our communities, and the generations that follow.

I believe...

• Healing happens when we feel safe.

• Breath reconnects us with ourselves.

• Community reminds us we are never alone.

• Small moments create lasting transformation.

• The healing we cultivate within ourselves ripples outward into the world.

My Approach

Every experience I guide is rooted in compassion, nervous system support, and creating a space where you can move at your own pace. There is nothing you need to prove and no expectation to be anything other than yourself. My role is to gently guide you as you reconnect with the wisdom, resilience, and wholeness that already live within you.

My Background

My approach has been shaped by years of professional training and lived experience so I can create experiences where you feel safe, supported, and free to reconnect with yourself.

While my training has provided valuable tools and techniques, I believe the most important part of every experience is creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and supported. Lasting transformation isn't about having all the answers—it's about feeling safe enough to reconnect with the wisdom that has been within you all along.

Always Learning

I believe growth is a lifelong journey. I continue to study, practice, and deepen my understanding of nervous system regulation, breathwork, trauma-informed care, personal growth, and the many ways we can support healing in ourselves and one another.

Life beyond Breathwork

Healing isn't just something I guide—it's something I try to live every day.

When I'm not facilitating, you'll usually find me going on walks with my dog, Alyx, exploring the beauty of nature, or watching a sunset wherever I happen to be. These moments help me slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters most.

One of my favorite traditions is finding heart-shaped treasures along the way. Whether it's a leaf, a shell, or a stone, each one reminds me that beauty and hope often reveal themselves when we take the time to notice. I love sharing these little discoveries with our community through my #dailyheart posts on Instagram.

For me, healing isn't only found in life's biggest breakthroughs. It's also found in quiet moments, meaningful connection, and the simple practice of paying attention to the little miracles around us every day.
