Hearts of Healing Center (“HOHC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Texas nonprofit organization offering wellness, educational, spiritual, community, breathwork, coaching, retreat, and related experiences.

The content provided on this website is offered for general informational, educational, and promotional purposes. It is not intended to constitute medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

NO MEDICAL OR MENTAL-HEALTH ADVICE

HOHC services, including breathwork, meditation, Reiki, coaching, women’s circles, retreats, and other wellness experiences, are not substitutes for medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or emergency services.

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

Some experiences may have eligibility requirements, age restrictions, contraindications, application requirements, or prerequisites.

We reserve the right to decline, postpone, discontinue, or modify participation when we reasonably believe an experience may not be appropriate, safe, or within the scope of the services we provide.

Participation in any experience may require completion of separate intake, informed-consent, release, waiver, or safety documents. Those documents become part of the terms governing your participation.

REGISTRATIONS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Prices, dates, availability, locations, inclusions, refund policies, cancellation policies, and transfer policies may vary by event or service.

The specific terms displayed during registration, scheduling, application, or purchase apply to that transaction. Please review them before completing your purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Registration is not confirmed until required payment is received.
• Space may be limited and offered on a first-come basis.
• Missed sessions and late cancellations may be nonrefundable.
• HOHC may reschedule or cancel an experience when reasonably necessary.
• Any refund or credit offered will be governed by the terms stated for that experience.

THIRD-PARTY SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT SERVICES

Scheduling, registration, and payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, and payment processors.

Your use of those services is also governed by the applicable third party’s terms and privacy practices.

COSTA RICA STAYS AND RETREATS

Vacation stays, personal reset experiences, and retreats associated with Casa Elevación may be subject to separate rental agreements, participation terms, retreat agreements, waivers, cancellation policies, house rules, travel requirements, and payment schedules.

Unless expressly stated in writing, guests and retreat participants are responsible for:

• Passports, visas, and entry requirements
• Flights and transportation
• Travel and medical insurance
• Personal expenses
• Medical care and medications
• Determining their ability to travel and participate safely
• Reviewing destination advisories and local requirements

Airline, weather, immigration, transportation, illness, natural-event, and other travel disruptions may be beyond HOHC’s control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, audio, downloads, worksheets, program materials, and design elements—are owned by or licensed to HOHC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
